One-year Transitional Program   

Providing immediate improvement in the lives of 10 men.

Launched in the Spring of 2010 - FSS's Transitional Program is a pilot project that helps up to 10 pre-qualified & stable individuals leave homelessness behind and find stable housing. 

The program helps the selected group navigate social services, obtain identity cards and paperwork, and improve their mental and physical health.

This program remains open when our Emergency Winter Shelter closes.
